Hello there and welcome to Fitness On The Weekend dot Com! I am Mike Bowen and my aim is to help busy people like me and you find time for fitness. We will give you actionable advice on how you can keep fit and healthy even on those busy days!
I know that keeping yourself fit can be quite hard especially when you have a job that keeps you behind your desk most of the day. I am an office worker, too, and there was only so little time and space to do the workouts my body wanted and needed to keep fit. Eventually, the lack of exercise showed in everything from my posture to weight gain to bowel problems and just being bummed out all around.
At that time, I did not know that most of these problems can be attributed to my sedentary and overall unhealthy lifestyle.
When I launched this website, I knew I had to help other people like myself improve their health and fitness with tips and advice that you can use at home or right where you are!
One of the most common reasons that fitness falls by the wayside is because we cannot insert it into our already busy lifestyle.
But fitness is a way of life and anybody can do it from absolutely anywhere. At Fitness On The Weekend dot Com, we will teach you how to be fit and keep your blood pumping even from behind your desk!
All you will need are simple, everyday items and the desire to improve your health and we will meet you halfway with actionable tips and advice you can use from where you are.

Just like many of us working in the office, I lived a mostly sedentary life without much exercise. What was worse was that I also indulged in unhealthy food most of the time. This eventually resulted in a slew of problems that seemingly came out of nowhere!
I was bloated and slowly gained more weight than what was healthy for me. I had problems with my back. I was miserable and I did not know why!
I went to so many doctors and talked to many experts about my feeling of being generally unwell. I also did my own research and tried some things on my own. Eventually, I found something that works and I cannot wait to share it with you!
Now, I have managed to maintain a healthy weight and my posture has greatly improved. I am no longer suffering from bowel problems and everybody is commenting on how cheerful I have become. An improvement in my lifestyle has literally turned my life around.
